Belajar dari rumah

Menyikapi perkembangan Penyebaran Pandemi Covid-19 dan merujuk pada surat Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Halmahera Utara Nomor: 420.3/0382/2020 tentang Perpanjangan Libur, maka bersama ini kami sampaikan kepada Bapak/Ibu orang tua murid Sekolah Hohidiai dari tingkat TK, Prep, SD dan SMP bahwa libur sekolah diperpanjang hingga tanggal 30 April 2020. Oleh karena itu, mohon perhatian atas hal-hal sebagai berikut:

  1. Pihak sekolah akan membuat atau menyiapkan alamat email sekolah untuk setiap peserta didik Sekolah Hohidiai dengan menggunakan domain Sekolah Hohidiai, misalnya: namasiswa@hohidiai.sch.id.
  2. Alamat email siswa digunakan untuk mengakses email sekolah melalui “google mail” atau “gmail” yang pada akhirnya digunakan untuk mengakses “google classroom”. Untuk mengakses google classroom untuk pertama kali, disarankan menggunakan computer atau laptop agar tidak mengalami masalah log in.
  3. Pihak sekolah akan tetap mendistribusikan perangkat belajar bagi seluruh peserta didik melalui “google classroom”.
  4. Pelaksaan Tes seperti Mid semester atau Ujian Sekolah lain akan dilaksanakan secara online melalui google classroom.

Teknis pelaksanaannya akan disampaikan lebih lanjut melalui Whatsapp/email atau website sekolah. Bagi para orang tua yang belum memberikan nomor handphone terbaru kepada pihak sekolah, kami mohon kerjasamanya untuk dapat mengirim nomor Bapak/Ibu ke Nomor: 082311819995, dengan menyebutkan nama Bapak/Ibu serta nama anak anda.

  • Kami sangat mengharapkan kerjasama orang tua dalam membantu peserta didik yang membutuhkan bantuan untuk akses google classroom, khususnya yang masih sangat muda/kecil.
  • Kami membutuhkan waktu beberapa hari untuk menyiapkan ini, untuk itu kami mohon pengertian dan kesabaran dari Bapak/Ibu orang tua.

Learning from Home

In response to the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, and following letter No. 420.3/0382/2020 from the Head of the North Halmahera District Education Office regarding the extension of the school holiday, we wish to inform all parents of Hohidiai School students — Kindergarten, Prep, Primary and Junior High — that the school holiday has been extended to 30 April 2020. We therefore ask for your attention to the following:

  1. The school will create a school email address for every Hohidiai student using the school domain — for example: studentname@hohidiai.sch.id.
  2. The student email address is used to access school email through Google Mail (Gmail), and from there to reach Google Classroom. For the first login to Google Classroom, we recommend using a computer or laptop to avoid sign-in problems.
  3. The school will continue to distribute learning materials to all students through Google Classroom.
  4. Assessments such as mid-semester tests and other school examinations will be held online through Google Classroom.

Further details on how this will work will be shared through WhatsApp, email, or the school website. Parents who have not yet given the school an up-to-date mobile number are kindly asked to send it to 082311819995, along with your name and your child’s name.
