Akreditasi Sekolah

School Accreditation

Greetings to you all,

To the honoured Hohidiai School family: some time ago, Hohidiai Primary School was assessed by the National Accreditation Board (Badan Akreditasi Nasional) for the Province of North Maluku. We were very glad to take part in this important process. Two assessors were sent by the provincial board to carry it out, and the accreditation ran for one full day. It began with an opening meeting between the assessors and the teaching staff of Hohidiai School, in which the assessors explained what the accreditation would involve.

The accreditation started with visits to Grade 1 and Grade 4 to observe and assess teaching and learning in the classroom. The two teachers taking those lessons were Mrs Melati Kukihi, S.Sos (Grade 1) and Mrs Sucitra Wulanta, S.Pd (Grade 4). We are proud of them both for giving their very best.

After the classroom visits, the assessors reviewed our facilities and infrastructure and our accreditation documents, and held interviews with the teaching staff and with the Principal. Before closing, the assessors held a final meeting with all the teachers to share the key points arising from the process.

Some months later we received the result of the assessment, and it made us glad and thankful: the school was awarded a score of 92, the grade ‘A’. We know that our school still has shortcomings and much to improve, but this result encourages us to give our very best to education in Indonesia, and especially here in North Halmahera.
